The buyer takes over the mill and the truck used, as inspected, in the condition in which they are. With consideration the age of the machines, any warranty of the seller for the delivered machine and the truck including accessories is void. excluded. Any further liability of the seller for obvious and/or hidden defects is expressly excluded. In the In all other respects, our General Terms and Conditions known to the Buyer and attached hereto shall apply. We reserve the right to prior sale.
