  • The very thick and resistant yeast cell wall contains high levels of functional carbohydrates such as mannanoligosaccharides (MOS) and 1.3-1.6 ß-glucans
  • The binding properties of MOS prevent colonization of the intestinal mucosa by pathogens
  • ß-glucans help to improve the immune status and increase the body’s defenses
