The buyer is aware that both the purchased grinder and the truck are not as good as new.
The buyer accepts the grinder and the truck used, as inspected, in the condition in which they are found. With regard
to the age of the machines, any warranty of the seller for the delivered machine and the truck including accessories
is excluded. Any further liability of the seller for obvious and/or hidden defects is expressly excluded.
In all other respects, our general terms and conditions known to the buyer and attached hereto shall apply.
We reserve the right to prior sale.
