Together with our feed consultancy, we develop individual feed concepts for cattle, pigs and poultry and implement them directly on site – practical, needs-based and customer-oriented.

As a mill operator, you will use a mobile grinding and mixing plant to produce farm feed directly on our customers’ farms. You park your permanently assigned grinding and mixing plant at your place of residence. You will receive your tours and orders digitally via our self-developed, market-leading web app agramix, which will be made available to you on a tablet. All planning and documentation is paperless and efficient.
For technical support, we have our own specialized workshop in Ahaus, which focuses on the repair and further development of grinding and mixing systems and dosing technology.
YOUR TASKS
Mobile grinding and mixing of feed at the customer's premises
Independent execution of grinding and mixing jobs on farms with modern mobile equipment, tailored to the respective requirements.
Technical operation and responsibility for the vehicle and system
Safe driving of the truck as well as operation, control and maintenance of the assigned grinding and mixing plant.
Operational and customer-oriented service
Professional cooperation with our own customer base, implementation of individual feed mixtures and compliance with quality and safety standards.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS -
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You like to work independently, enjoy technology and appreciate direct contact with agricultural customers. As a mill operator, you take responsibility for your area of work, your technology and high-quality work at the customer’s site. You combine practical work with technical understanding and a professional demeanor.
- Class C driving license (no modules required)
- Technical understanding and interest in modern machine technology
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Physical resilience and practical hands-on mentality
- Communication skills and customer-oriented appearance
- Agricultural background an advantage, but not a must
