YOUR TASKS
Payroll accounting
Ensure accurate and timely payroll accounting for all company employees.
Accounts payable & accounts receivable
Manage the accounting of suppliers and customers to ensure smooth payment collection.
Processing of payment transactions
Coordinate and monitor the company's entire payment transactions.
Employee data maintenance
Maintain and update all relevant employee data for correct payroll and administration
Preparation of financial analyses and statistics
Create reports and statistics to support sound financial decisions.
Support monthly & annual financial statements
Work actively on monthly and annual financial statements to ensure the financial stability of the company
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS -
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
At Rottmann, we value committed talents who take responsibility and think for themselves.
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have valuable experience in payroll and financial accounting. Your independent and structured way of working helps you to complete tasks precisely and efficiently. You are adept at working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. With your knowledge, you will ensure that the accounting department runs smoothly.
