Which dosing devices does the Rottmann Group offer?

- RDT SC with automatic flow control and fault monitoring
- Piadin pump for the addition of non-corrosive nitrification inhibitors such as Piadin or other additives

For which applications are the dosing devices suitable?
Our dosing technology can be used in various areas, such as

What is included in the scope of delivery?
Depending on the model, our dosing systems contain
- Pump unit with control terminal
- Acid-resistant hoses (e.g. 10 m)
- Main filter, non-return valves and mounting material
- Nozzle ranges for various applications
Tanks, solenoid valves and quick-release couplings are available as options.
How is the dosing device controlled?
- RDT MC: Manual adjustment via ball valve, digital display in the operating terminal
- RDT SC: Automatic control via frequency converter
- Piadin pump: LCD display with one-button operation and magnetic attachment
What safety functions do the dosing devices have?
All devices have:
- Warning for underdosing
- Automatic switch-off in the event of faults
- External start function for easy operation
Is there a way to save settings?
Yes, both RDT MC and RDT SC have up to 9 customer memories to store different dosing quantities.
